  1. Can my order be left with a neighbor?

    • Yes, our courier may attempt to deliver your order to a neighbor, but this is contingent upon specific instructions provided during the purchase.
  2. Can my order be left in my porch, shed, garage, etc.?

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to leave parcels in unsecured locations, as a signature is required as proof of delivery.
  3. Can my order be delivered to a different address other than my billing address?

    • Absolutely! We can deliver to an alternative address or even your workplace for added convenience. Kindly notify us of any address changes before dispatch, as additional postage charges may apply once the item is dispatched.
  4. What if I miss the delivery?

    • In case you miss the first delivery attempt, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more convenient date.
  5. How will I know when my order will arrive?
