How can I locate my order status?
Login into your account on our website and Go to My Order History, where you can see your latest purchase. Once your order is dispatched, a link will be available, which allows you to track your delivery from our courier's website. For any queries, contact us directly via email at email@example.com and we'll respond swiftly to help.
What should I do if I did not get an order confirmation email?
First, check to make sure it wasn’t sent to your spam/junk folder. If you have a Gmail account, you should also check the Promotions tab. If you can’t find the email in either of these places, you can check your order status on our website. If you have a Rugs4Decor account, you can see all of your orders once you log in. If you’re still having issues, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will send you a new confirmation email.
Why does my order say it’s “cancelled”?
An order will show as cancelled if there was an issue with your form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email if your order was a success. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us at "(01274) 739505 if you have any questions.
What should I do if my product arrives defective or damaged?
If you've received an item that doesn't match your order, don't worry – we've got a solution. Simply send the incorrect item back to us, and we'll initiate a refund for you. To kickstart the return process, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, attach a screenshot of your order and a photo of the received product.
To ensure a prompt response, please include "Incorrect item received" in your email subject line. We'll take care of the rest, scheduling a convenient pick-up for the incorrect product as soon as possible.
