If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased from us, we offer a hassle-free return process for a FULL REFUND. At Rugs4Decor, customer satisfaction is our first priority, and we want to ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

Return Guidelines:

While we are confident you'll love your purchase, we understand that circumstances may lead to second thoughts. To initiate a return for a refund or exchange, kindly follow the instructions outlined below:

  1. Cancellation Period:
    • if your products are delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 28 working days of receiving the products
    • For deli.veries within the European Union (including the Republic of Ireland), the cancellation period is also 28 days from receipt of the products.
  2. Notification Process:

    • Inform us in writing at sales@rugs4decor.com within 2 days of delivery, stating your intention to return the rug along with the reason.

  3. Return Conditions:
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.
    • We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to wear and tear, deliberate or accidental damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the carriage payment on returned rugs. We recommend obtaining proof of postage and ensuring adequate insurance during the return.

    • Alternatively, we can arrange a pick-up upon request for a fee of £20.00.

  5. Charges and Refunds:

    • The company is not liable for any charges incurred by the customer during the return process.

    • In case of incorrect or damaged items, we will cover the cost of the return package.

    • Refunds can be expected within 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for non-UK orders from the dispatch of the returned items.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item, please arrange the return of the product following the instructions above. Once your return is received, contact our sales team via email at sales@rugs4decor.com to arrange the exchange.

  • Please include your Name and the address on the outside of the packaging to enable us to identify or refund your order.
